Biography
As a member of the Coldwell Banker Hanlon team, Craig's
commitment as a Realtor is to provide his sales, marketing and home
construction experience to his clients, either buying or selling
property.
In addition to Real Estate, Craig is the co-owner and Vice President of
Gibraltar Development Limited, a successful development and
construction company in the St. John's area. His construction company
has recently been awarded Builder of the Year Award (Multi-Unit) for
the fourth consecutive year by the Canadian Home Builders Association - Eastern Newfoundland
With over 15 years sales experience in a broad range of industries,
Craig graduated from the College of the North Atlantic with a 3 year
diploma in Business Management (Marketing). He is also a graduate from
the Information Technology Institute in Halifax, NS receiving a diploma
in Information Technology and Computer Programming.
While living in Toronto, he was a Senior Sales Representative for one
of the world's largest computer companies and has won numerous awards
for top salesperson in the country.
Before returning to Newfoundland in 2002, Craig was Vice President of a
marketing company in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He worked for one of
America's most prominent motivational speakers and three time Guinness
World Record holder.
Craig is well established in the St. John's business community and is
an active member of the Eastern Newfoundland Real Estate Board and the
Canadian Home Builders Association - Eastern Newfoundland.
